Minimal Data Access
AI agents only access code when explicitly authorized and never store your source code permanently.
Synlets AI agents only access your repositories when you explicitly grant permission through GitHub or GitLab OAuth. Code is processed in isolated, ephemeral environments that are destroyed after each task. We never store your source code permanently—only metadata needed to track task status and outcomes.
Our infrastructure runs on enterprise cloud providers with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. We employ network isolation, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability scanning. All production access requires multi-factor authentication and is logged for audit purposes.
We retain only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Task logs and metadata are retained for 90 days by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and we will process the request within 30 days in compliance with GDPR requirements.
We maintain a comprehensive incident response plan. In the unlikely event of a security incident, we commit to notifying affected customers within 72 hours and providing transparent communication about the nature and scope of the incident.
